I’m Nick Tharenos (DRE #02297794), a real estate agent with The Presley Group at First Team Seacliff in Huntington Beach. My journey into real estate combines a foundation in solar energy sales, a Marketing and Fine Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), and a lifelong connection to California’s diverse communities.
For the past year, I’ve worked in solar energy consulting, helping homeowners cut costs and transition to more sustainable living. That experience sharpened my ability to build trust at the door, explain complex savings clearly, and negotiate solutions that make financial sense—all skills I now bring to real estate.
I also bring a creative edge: my background in fine arts, design, and photography allows me to see and present homes with an artist’s eye, crafting marketing and visuals that capture attention and drive results.
I’m deeply rooted in California—having lived 20 years in Almaden Valley (San Jose), with family still there, and now fully based in Southern California. That dual perspective gives me unique insight into both Bay Area and SoCal buyers, sellers, and relocation clients.
Outside of work, I competed for CSULB in snowboarding, and I’m passionate about the Southern California lifestyle—where you can surf in the morning, snowboard in the afternoon, and explore incredible communities year-round. For me, there’s truly something here for everyone.
